Certification

We are federally regulated by the New York State Department of Health to ensure quality and safety; we hold certifications from not only the FDA but HACCP Certifications as well.

All processing of seafood and shellfish must be conducted with a NYS DEC processing permit at a licensed or permitted processing facility.
